Cancellation Policy
-$20 NON-Refundable Deposit is required to book for EACH service. Goes toward total of service.
-Appointments must be confirmed AT LEAST 24hrs prior to your appointment. Confirmation texts are sent 74hrs prior. Failure to confirm will result in appointment being cancelled & deposit will be lost.
-$15 Late Fee After 15 Minutes. Cancel or Reschedule After 20 Minutes. New Reschedule Will Need A New Deposit.
-50% No Call No Show Fee
-25% Cancellation Fee (if within 24hrs of appt)
-NO Refunds after service has been fulfilled- you may come in to get anything fixed free of charge within 1st week of getting your service done.
-I reserve the right to decline services to any persons.
-We do NOT work over foreign work, fungus/infections, damaged/brittle nails.
-I WILL NOT WORK ON SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK SO NOTIFY ME TO DO A SOAK OFF BEFORE!!!
-Before/After hours are available upon request (contact me) with a $20 EXTRA charge on top of your service total.
-Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App only for remaining balance! Card transactions require a 3.5% transaction fee.
